1. Acceptance & Age Eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using Go Elsewhere, you agree to be bound by these terms. Go Elsewhere is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use this Service.

During the onboarding process, we require all users to verify their age using an in-app calendar date-of-birth selector. You must select a valid birth date establishing that you are 18 years of age or older. Falsifying your age to bypass this restriction, or assisting a minor in creating an account, is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate termination of your account. Use of the App by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited.

2. Child Safety & CSAE Prevention

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Go Elsewhere maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors.

Our platform is for adults only. Any user found sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating CSAM, or engaging in any predatory behavior toward minors, will face the following immediate actions:

  • Immediate and permanent ban from the Go Elsewhere platform without notice or appeal.
  • Preservation of all relevant account data, chat logs, and location history.
  • Direct reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline.
  • Full cooperation with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies for criminal prosecution.

We actively encourage users to utilize our in-app reporting tools if they encounter any suspicious or illegal activity. Safety is a collective responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You strictly agree that you will not engage in:

  • Harassment, stalking, or threatening violence.
  • Creating fake profiles, impersonation, or utilizing deceptive AI-generated personas.
  • GPS spoofing or intentional location manipulation.
  • Spam, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized data scraping.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Go Elsewhere may offer paid subscriptions providing access to premium features. All purchases on the Android application are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your Google Play account.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via Google Play. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.
  • Refunds: Except where strictly required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or terminated accounts.

5. Offline Interactions & Liability

THE COMPANY DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS AND DOES NOT VERIFY THEIR IDENTITIES OR INTENTIONS.

Go Elsewhere is solely a software platform. We do not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any real-world meetup. You assume all risks associated with engaging with other users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Elsewhere shall not be liable for any damages arising from offline interactions, including personal injury, emotional distress, or fraud.
